Asam Pedas Ayam Daun Pudina

Ingredients:


1 chicken (cut into 8)
5 hard seeds (ground)
10 stalks dried chillies (ground)
10 stalks of red chillies (ground)
2 large onion
4 stalks lemongrass
1 cm ginger
1 cm ginger
1 cm belacan
2 tomatoes 2 whole eggplants
5 gig sticks
2 salted radish petals
A little tamarind juice
4 pieces dried tamarind
3 tie leaves kesum
4 bunch mint leaves
1 ginger flower (sliced)
A little oil for frying
Sugar and salt to taste



How to:


Saute garlic then add the blended ingredients before. Once fragrant, add tamarind juice, tamarind, kesum leaves & mint leaves. Then add the chicken had been cut. Add salt
& sugar to taste, cook chicken until fragrant. When chicken is almost cooked add half the eggplant, then
add okra, carrots salty, over mint leaves & ginger flower finally sprinkle on top.
